    Six Blacklisted Firm

    By Admin | June 6, 2009

    Hi readers,

Six companies have been blacklisted for the collapse incident of Jaya Supermarket in Petaling Jaya. Its a rational decision by the Petaling Jaya Municipal Council and the Public Works Institute of Malaysia Ikram to blacklisting them because of 7 death.

The six blacklisted companies are :-

    1. Jaya Section Fourteen Sdn Bhd (land owner and developer)
    2. DP Architects Sdn Bhd (that submitted the building plan)
    3. Meinhardht (M) Sdn Bhd (engineering company)
    4. Pembinaan CW Yap Sdn Bhd (contractor)
    5. Jurutera Perunding Sdn Bhd (engineering contractor)
    6. DLS Management (project manager).

Selangor Menteri Besar Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim had taken an impressive measure to avoid this incident happen again in and I hope same to be in Terengganu.
