Malaysia Second Astronaut

Hi readers, while i checking my e-mail recently i came through 1 of my e-mail. Samy Vellu will be the Malaysia 2nd astronaut. After so many years being Work Minister & MIC president, now he will be Malaysia second astronaut. What do he want show by being Malaysia second astronaut?
He is a Work Minister but he keep building bridges which is not up to standard like MRR2. He is MIC president but done nothing to INDIANS in Malaysia. Now he will be Malaysia astronaut. What he want to prove actually? Can anyone guess?

How did he selected to be Malaysia 2nd astronaut?
