Digi MiFi not WiFi

Not a spelling mistake from Wifi but its really called MiFi. MiFi is exactly a short term for Mobile Wifi. Wireless broadband always is the one which the like USB dongle plugged into the USB ports of your notebook, netbook and computer to access internet. But MiFi with one step further, created for gadgets such as mobile PDA phone, PSP, Apple iPad, iPod Touch, and other wifi enable devices.
For the first time in Malaysia MiFi introduced and this service is currently just offered by only one telco service which is Digi Telecommunication.
DiGi is offering the Digi MiFi with a 16GB data plan for RM128 per month, which is lower than the RM158 normally charged for the same data package normally. No extra charges once the 16GB quota has been reached, except speed down to 128Kbps from a typical data speed of 700Kbps.
Device used for this Digi MiFi is the HuaWei E5.There is no contract for Digi MiFi, so users are not committed to a data package starting the first month of access and are free to keep the MiFi device even if they do not continue with the package.
May be we as user should wait until other telco services offer this Mifi service and let it be competitive to get a better price.
