I came through the Celcom website, particularly the Celcom broadband and realize that the Celcom Broadband Basic plan speed had been upgraded to 512kbps. But that good news was not too long because I realize another thing that the usage volume is just 3gb which had been downgraded.
Some of my friends receives sms’s regarding this upgrading but nothing informed that they are downgrading the volume. Just as other broadband services they also applying marketing tricks. May be you wish to know about Digi Internet Broadband.
