A Malaysian news agency cameraman was shot dead while covering news at Mogadishu, Somalia yesterday. The cameraman known as Noramfaizul from BernamaTV news agency. Another cameraman from TV3 was injured after one of the random shot hit his hand. This incident took place at 11.15 pm (around 6.15 pm in Somalia).
The random shot hit Noramfaizul’s shoulder and went through his lungs.
